Company History

Through years of involvement with the engineering, design & drafting, procurement, fabrication, construction and commissioning works with various industries such as power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical refining, oleo-chemical, food processing, high-tech electronics and semiconductors, pure-water and waste-water treatment, MPL managed to develop and establish its Engineering, Design & Drafting Division. Subsequently, this division was taken over by a newly incorporated associated private limited company called MPL Equipment and Plant Engineering Sendirian Berhad.

Company Objectives

MPL Equipment and Plant Engineering objectives are to produce cost-effective designs for plants that operate safely, perform to specification and are easy to maintain. Design must allow, for safe and efficient construction. Therefore it is extremely important to have Field Construction Specialist involvement from conceptual definition stage through detailed engineering.

With the combine skills, experience and resources of our in-house Construction and Fabrication Division, MPL Equipment and Plant Engineering would have additional advantage to meet its objectives and the rapidly increasing demand in engineering needs today.

Company Strength and Capability

As all aspects of engineering design are provided from in-house resources, MPL Equipment and Plant Engineering could have direct and full control of all phases of a project. This will ensure that Owners, Project Managers and Consultants could have full access and flexibility to meet the key objectives of engineering, quality, safety, cost and time.

Presently, MPL Equipment and Plant Engineering have a strong in-house core team of engineers in various disciplines, including Piping Design, Mechanical and Structural Engineering. Besides the in-house core team, MPL have also been supported by numerous associated Professional Engineers from various professional bodies.

By combining skilled design engineers, experience field personnel and state of art computer-aided design and engineering system, MPL Equipment and Plant Engineering are capable of undertaking "Total Design Engineering arid Management" from initial concept to detail engineering drawings.
