We started out as a trading/procurement firm in 1989 and was then known as "Metal Pipeline Endurance (M) Sdn. Bhd." We further diversified our business to include steel fabrication works where a workshop was set-up in Subang Industrial Park in 1994.

In 1997 we expanded our business to provide Human Resource Solutions. Our perceptive founding member was quick to address our clients' needs in resolving the fluctuation of demand for manpower supply and dealing with various issues such as human resource management, foreign labour placements and work permits.

Among our notable projects are Prai Power Plant and Gelugor Power Plant where we supplied more than 500 professional staffs and skilled workers. Tengku Jaafar Power Plant Project in 2003, Tanjung Bin Power Plant Project in 2004 and Jimah Power Plant Project in 2006 have also further marked our strong presence in the plant engineering industry. To date, we have supplied over 1000 individuals to various mega projects, and a staggering 5000 MT of piping material annually to the Malaysia market and this region.

With its proven effectiveness and efficiency in its services, we became a trusted partner to many clients. We are recognized by Japan's Top 3 Heavy Industries as the Service Leader in Human Resource Solutions in the plant engineering industry.

Currently, we are constructing a steel fabrication factory on an 8 acre land in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan. This project dubbed "Sepang Park" is scheduled to be completed in 2008.
